Prayer - What Does It Mean to Pray?

Prayer - what does it mean to pray?

To breathe, to release, to connect…

The Angels teach us that prayer is about release. Prayer helps us to release our thoughts, our hopes and dreams, our wishes and praises, our worries and our cries. Prayer is cleansing and enlightening, ultimately, it is healing. Prayer allows us to connect to our mind, our Soul. Prayer allows us to honor our feelings and emotions, without judgement.

The Angels teach us that there is no judgement in Heaven, just acceptance. That no Divine being or Angel will ever judge you or scold you. Judgement comes from a place of fear - God and the Angels come from a place of love and compassion.

We as Souls living a human body experience face so many challenges, day in and day out. Our minds are constantly racing with past, present and future thoughts. Are we being heard? Always. God and the Angels will listen to you, God and the Angels will help you and God and the Angels will heal you. All we have to do is simply open our heart to the loving, compassionate and healing guidance that is available to us. Always.

Connecting to our Soul, to Divine God, the Angels and our loved ones in Spirit is truly simple - here on Earth, we make it seem difficult based upon our fear and judgements. Are we worthy of the attention and assistance of God, the Angels and our loved ones in Spirit? Always.

Yes, you are worthy. The Angels share that every Soul is gifted with Divine assistance. Regardless if you believe it or not, regardless if you have a religious belief or not, regardless of past mistakes, regardless if you feel worthy or not - all Souls come from a place of love.

This loving assistance is assigned to our Soul, here on Earth and in Heaven. Often times we feel we are not worthy, ashamed or embarrassed to ask or talk to our loved ones in Spirit, Angels and Divine God. I hope to encourage you today to know that you are worthy, you are loved and you are guided.

Prayer is release, prayer is strength, prayer is hope, prayer is faith, prayer is forgiveness, prayer is gratitude, for yourself and for others. Prayer reminds us that we are created equal, that we all have the ability to pray, to be listened to and heard. That you do not have to be a flawless person, chosen person or spiritual person to pray. That regardless of who you are, what you do, Heaven will always see and listen to the Soul, the real you...
