Overwhelmed

Do you ever feel so overwhelmed that just trying to formulate a thought or a sentence seems to take a substantial amount of energy and effort?

Then, you realize you are feeling this way so you make a mental note to have some tea, try yoga, deep breathing or something that will relax your mind and body. And then! You realize you seem to not have the time, energy or space to do that. You feel like you are stuck and sinking.

Breathe. Take a deep breath. Release. Let it go.

In all our moments of life and throughout all the emotions we feel, the Heavens are here with us. They see us. They see our Soul. God, the Angels, all whom love and guide us in Spirit, whether it be our loved ones in Spirit or Spirit Guides, they see you. They are not fooled or unaware of how you are truly feeling because they can see more than just the physical.

The Heavens see our Soul, they can feel exactly what you are feeling and why. And then! They can help to provide answers, guidance and clarity as to how you can alleviate yourself from these feelings and emotions.

When we feel overwhelmed, we tend to forget or overlook the heavenly assistance we have available to us. When I feel this way, Spirit reminds me to breathe. When we let go and surrender the energy of our emotions to the Light, we make room for guidance and clarity.

Wherever you are, close your eyes, take a deep breath, (Smile! because the Heavens are smiling at you!☺️) and talk to your loved ones in Spirit, Spirit Guides, Guardian Angel, Divine Angels, and to the Light, God. Connect to who you feel most connected to. It can be all, it can be just one.

Write down what you feel, your answers, your guidance, your connection. Sometimes, it may just be one word or a simple melody to a song. Whatever you feel, know that it is true and real.

You are worthy of this love, assistance and guidance. More worthy than we could ever possibly feel here in the physical. Do not feel guilty and do not feel ashamed by asking for help. Embrace it and when you open to believe, you will more than just see, you will know your answers, hear your guidance and feel the clarity.

Always remember, the light of your life is lit by your precious Soul … 🕊✨
